   Product type, reference photos, sample images, sketches, dimensions, or tech pack if available.

   Order Quantity

   Estimated quantity per style / color, target launch plan, and whether this is a sample order or bulk production.

   Material & Branding

   Preferred material, lining, hardware, zipper, logo method, label, hangtag, and packaging requirements.

4. 04

   Destination & Timeline

   Destination country, expected delivery timeline, and any inspection, compliance, or shipping requirements.
