SKU Inquiry System

Selected SKUs may be stored in localStorage and bound into Contact Form 7 hidden fields. The data is used only to make quotation context clear.

Message drafts, including quantities or requirements you type and the public SKU context needed for recovery, are temporarily protected in sessionStorage in the current browser tab. This draft copy is not uploaded or sent to analytics. Other form fields, attachments and security fields are not saved by this feature. A Message may contain personal information you choose to type.

Drafts expire 24 hours after your last manual edit; reading, recovery and refresh do not extend that period. Use Copy draft to keep your own copy, or Clear draft and Message to remove the stored draft and empty the field. Tabs remain independent after any initial copy made by the browser. Browser session restoration may retain a draft, so closing a tab is not a guarantee of permanent erasure.

Rejecting analytics does not disable basic inquiry entry or this independent draft protection. If JavaScript or browser storage is unavailable, automatic protection may fail; keep or copy your text before leaving. An explicit matching form-success event may clear only its submitted draft revision; this is not a guarantee of email delivery.

Communication System

Inquiry email may route through Aliyun SMTP. WhatsApp supports faster sample review and project follow-up when a buyer chooses that channel.

Analytics and source attribution

Google Analytics 4 is enabled according to your analytics choice. WooCommerce source attribution starts only after you accept both purposes in our updated Cookie settings. An earlier GA4-only acceptance does not enable WooCommerce attribution; an earlier rejection remains a rejection. You can reject or withdraw both through Cookie settings in the footer. This does not change historical reports or enable advertising tracking.

WooCommerce attribution helps us understand visit sources. The current configuration uses sbjs_session for approximately 30 minutes; sbjs_udata, sbjs_first, sbjs_current, sbjs_first_add, sbjs_current_add and sbjs_migrations are browser-session cookies. The source library also owns sbjs_promo, which is included in withdrawal cleanup if present. Withdrawal stops further attribution and clears these accessible cookies. Consent preferences are kept for up to 180 days; a refusal preference cookie may also be used when browser storage fails.
