Timing & conditions01 TWO WAYS TO BEGIN
Your design. Or a head start.
You don’t need to know the terms OEM and ODM to choose a starting point.
Make one of ours, yours.
Choose a bag as your reference. Review changes to the logo, colour, lining or other details with our team.
Bring your idea to the table.
Send a drawing, sample or reference image. We’ll review the materials and construction before defining the sample.

02 MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY · MOQ
How many bags
do I need to order?
There is no single minimum for every bag. Each catalog style follows its approved product category or subtype minimum, with no separate SKU-specific exceptions.
Why isn’t there a single number?
The product category or subtype determines the minimum. Materials, hardware and construction are reviewed to confirm which approved rule applies. The SKU identifies the reference style; it does not create its own MOQ exception.
THE PRACTICAL NEXT STEP
Check the minimum for your style.
Send a product link or reference photo, together with the quantity you have in mind.
03 FROM FIRST IDEA TO SHIPMENT
A clear path. No guessing.
Samples and bulk production are separate stages. Confirm the details before the clock starts.
Share your idea
Send the style, intended quantity and destination. Add other details you already know.
Confirm the plan
Review materials, minimum quantity, logo, sample fees and quotation scope.
Review your sample

WHEN YOU NEED A LITTLE MORE DETAIL
Practical answers.
Without the overload.
Open only what’s relevant to your project. We’ll confirm the final requirements during review.
What is checked before shipment?
Materials, construction, branding and packing are checked against the approved sample and order requirements. The working inspection reference is AQL 1.0 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects.
In plain language, AQL is a sampling-based inspection reference—not a promise that every item is individually checked or defect-free. Share buyer-specific inspection requirements before bulk production.
How will my bags be packed and shipped?
Packing is planned around the product shape, material, hardware protection and carton volume. Carton labels, shipping marks and other buyer requirements are confirmed with the order.
Standard packing references: wallets use clear wrapping, a nylon bag and a 2-ply corrugated carton; backpacks use internal shaping cardboard, a nylon bag and a 2-ply corrugated carton; belts use a nylon bag and a 2-ply corrugated carton. Final packing is confirmed for the order.
EXW factory pickup or FOB Ningbo can be discussed. You may use your own forwarder or ask about shipment coordination.
Send your destination and target arrival date. Freight costs and transit time should be confirmed separately; a production lead time is not a delivery promise.
Sea freight is available for larger orders. Air or express can be discussed for samples or urgent shipments, subject to the confirmed shipping plan.
Can I add my logo, hangtags or packaging?
Options include logo application, branded lining, hangtags, labels and packing changes. Send your artwork and preferred size, colour and placement for review.
Custom hangtags start from 2,000 pieces. This is the hangtag quantity—not the minimum order for bags. Other packaging is calculated by product category.
What about testing and compliance documents?
Requirements depend on the material and destination market. ISO 9001 and BSCI documentation can be discussed for qualified projects; material options with REACH compliance support can be reviewed on request.
This does not mean every product, colour or batch has the same certification. Confirm the exact test and document scope before sampling.
05 FIRST-TIME BUYER QUESTIONS
A few things you may be wondering.
I only have an idea. Can I still get in touch?
Start with a reference image, description or a bag from the catalog. Share your intended quantity and destination. Materials, logo method and other details can be discussed before the sample and quotation scope are confirmed.
Can I buy just one bag or place a very small order?
This is a custom-manufacturing inquiry site, not a retail checkout. Bulk minimums depend on the product category or subtype. Tell us the style and quantity you need so we can review whether a sample or production inquiry is appropriate.
Is the sample free?
A basic sample fee is charged. For bulk orders reaching the applicable minimum, the fee may be credited back according to the confirmed quotation terms. Ask for the sample charge and any credit conditions before proceeding.
Does “60 days” mean delivered to my door?
No. The stated 60 days is the bulk production lead time after order details are confirmed and the deposit is received. Sample approval, material readiness and special requirements affect the plan. Shipping transit is additional.
Do I need all the technical details to ask for a quote?
You can start the conversation with a style reference, intended quantity and destination. A formal quotation also needs the relevant material, logo, colour, packing and timing requirements. Share what you already know and note what is undecided.
YOUR NEXT STEP

No need for a perfect brief. Tell us what you have in mind and what you’re still working out.
- 1A bag photo, link or product codeOr a short description of your idea.
- 2Your intended quantityAn estimate is enough to start the conversation.
