Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) Policy for Custom Bags

MOQ depends on product category, construction, material, logo method, hardware, lining, packaging and customization level. Use the catalog SKU as the reference style; final MOQ is confirmed after material and sample review.

How MOQ is reviewed

A standard SKU may qualify for the category MOQ. New materials, new hardware, custom molds, special lining, printed packing or non-standard construction can change the MOQ and lead time.

Reference MOQFrom 120 pcs/style for most bag projects. Wallets, belts and some accessories follow category-specific MOQ.

Bag Sample Policy: 5–7 Days After Detail Confirmation

Standard samples usually take 5–7 days after material, logo method and construction details are confirmed.

What the sample confirms

The sample checks material hand feel, product size, construction, logo placement, color direction, packing method and any buyer-specific adjustments before bulk production.

Standard timing5–7 days for confirmed materials and normal logo methods.
Extra timeSpecial leather, custom hardware, new molds, printed lining or complex packing may extend timing.
Approval gateBulk production starts after sample details and deposit are confirmed.

A basic sample fee is charged. For bulk orders reaching MOQ, the sample fee may be credited back according to the confirmed quotation terms.

AQL QC Inspection Standards for Bag Production

AQL 1.0 for major defects and AQL 4.0 for minor defects are used as the working inspection reference before shipment.

Compliance support depends on selected material, supplier documentation, order requirement and destination market.

Available documentation

ISO 9001 and BSCI documentation can be discussed for qualified projects. REACH-compliant material options are available when buyers request specific material compliance support.

Some tests or certificates depend on the exact material, color, supplier batch and destination market. Confirm the required compliance scope before sampling.

Export Packaging & Carton Planning

Export packing protects the product and helps control carton volume before shipment. Final packing depends on bag size, material surface, hardware protection, individual packing, carton volume and shipping method.
